Shipping & Returns Policy

Charles LeBrun delivers to Australian and International customers.

  • Australian customers: Standard Delivery via Auspost

  • International Customers: Express Delivery via Auspost

We are happy to accept returns on all non-sale items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or online store credit.

All item returns are at the customer’s own expense, unless the item is faulty. Items for return must be sent using a reliable and trackable service, as Charles LeBrun will not take responsibility for any loss or damage caused in transit.

Exchanges are processed with a full refund, once we have received the item, leaving our customers welcome to purchase the item again in the desired variant. (For example, different size, different colour).

Clothing must be unworn, unused, unwashed and with all original tags attached. Returns and exchanges are accepted at our discretion.

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.


How to Return

Please contact customerservice@charles-lebrun.com with item name, order number and reason to request a return, before sending items back.

Our team will be in touch to assist with the return process. Please allow 5 business days for Australian returns, and up to 10 business days for international returns.

You will be notified when your item has been received and reviewed for processing.

Sale Items

Refunds will be credited to original payment method and may take up to 10 days to process.

Items that are made to order will be shipped within 2 to 4 weeks. Customers will be notified via email when items are ready.

Sale items are non-refundable.
